Instructors must record attendance in StrongStart before the course is marked as complete. This can take 1-5 business days.

Some instructor-led courses have a post-event survey that you must complete before you get your completion certificate.

From your Dashboard, select the course title

Select the module title

Scroll down and open the Survey tab

Select Enter Survey

Once you complete the survey, the course will move from your dashboard to your learning history, and you will be able to download your completion certificate.
