Overview
Appropriately supervising and managing a classroom of children and effectively working and communicating with co-workers is an important factor in ensuring the health & safety of all children enrolled in your classroom/program. During this PLC we will review EEC regulations, talk about policies and procedures and the importance of communicating those policies and procedure. Let's talk about health & safety best practices and what should and shouldn't happen in a classroom/program. As the saying goes, you don't know what you don't know.
Objective

After completing this course, you will:                                         

  • Interpret EEC regulations related to health & safety in a licensed EEC program. 
  • Recognize the duties an educator must manage and maintain on a daily basis.
  • Discuss tools used to ensure effective communication practices among educators.
Additional Information
**You must attend all sessions to receive credit.
