The Out of School Time Affinity Groups will be facilitated by Metro Boston Coaches. Each 1.5-hour ZOOM session will provide a confidential environment for OST administrators to network, share resources, and improve quality practices. As a professional development opportunity, these sessions will enable open discussions and reflection with colleagues.  In addition, specific topics will enable understanding and implementation of new and existing licensing regulations. Individualized coaching support will be available upon request.

• Create a support network with other center administrators
• Enable use of leadership, mentorship, and advocacy skills
