Overview
In early education, the strength of your team shapes the quality of children’s experiences. This 3-part, 6-hour training explores the practices and mindsets that build strong co-teaching partnerships. From clarifying roles and communication, to navigating conflict and aligning on a shared vision, participants will reflect on what it means to be a truly collaborative teaching team. Through breakout discussions, self-assessment tools, and real-world case studies, teachers and leaders will leave with practical strategies and renewed energy for working together.
Objective
• Define and recognize the core components of effective co-teaching in early learning settings.
• Identify and practice strategies for communication, role clarity, and co-planning within teaching teams.
• Apply conflict resolution skills to strengthen professional relationships.
• Create a shared classroom vision that supports children, families, and team members collaboratively.
