Overview
Contracted providers use EEC systems to implement financial assistance and fiscal management policies and procedures while they work with families and administer their programs. The EEC Systems training  provides the participants with an overview of how to use the EEC systems, KinderWait and CCFA, to apply EEC policy and manage their contracts.
Objective

Participants will learn about:

  • Using KinderWait to support families interested in care and to offer funding
  • Entering information into the CCFA system to complete authorizations, placements and household changes for families
  • Navigating the CCFA system to support contract management
  • Applying policies related to Enrollment and  Attendance, Reimbursement Based on Enrollment, Billing and Payments, Cost  Reimbursement, and Transportation
  • Execute procedures associated with Enrollment and Attendance, Reimbursement Based on  Enrollment, Billing and Payments, Cost Reimbursement, and Transportation to drive the  policies and regulations forward
  •  Understand how the Fiscal Management regulations, policies, and procedures impact how  you work with families, and how families will work with our various partners – you!

Additional Information
Organizations must send staff in the following required contract roles: Organization Leader, CCFA Administrative Staff, Fiscal Oversight. EEC requires those who attend to ensure the information and content learned is shared across their organization.

 Organizations who hold contracts across multiple regions have some flexibility and are encouraged to send regional representation.
