Overview
Early childhood educators need to behave ethically on behalf of young children because they can do great good and also great harm.” This training comprehensively explains the professionalism of early childhood educators and the importance of maintaining professional ethics in their work. It helps early childhood educators analyze various decisions made in their work, guides and supports teachers in making more ethical decisions, and enhances the professionalism of early childhood educators.
Objective
Upon successful completion, you will be able to: Discover and reflect on the importance of making ethical decisions; Learn the five steps to resolve ethical dilemmas; and Understand and use the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct.
