Overview
This six-part series focuses on understanding the “What” and strategizing the “How” of operating an EEC licensed program.  During the sessions, educators will use SWOT analysis and SMART goals to create a meaningful Continuous Quality Improvement Plans.  We will explore and analyze policies and procedures that enhance the day-to-day operation of licensed programs in the areas of Licensing Regulations, Curriculum, Staff Training and Family Involvement.
Objective

Participants will:

1.Begin a program assessment to determine strengths and weaknesses in the following areas:
      a. Program Policies and Procedures
      b. Curriculum Development
      c. Family Involvement
2. Analyze program assessment data and prioritize action steps.
3. Utilize resources to improve knowledge and best practices.
4. Create a "Continuous Quality Improvement Plan" (CQIP)
