You are offline. Trying to reconnect...

If you see an error message that says, "You are offline. Trying to reconnect..." then the StrongStart LMS has lost connection with your device. This can happen when you have an unstable internet connection or when you've been timed out.
This feature notifies learners and prevents them from continuing when their connection is unstable so they don't lose their progress.
If you receive this message, exit the training, log out of StrongStart, and close your internet browser. Once you're sure your internet connection is stable, reopen your browser, sign into StrongStart, and resume the training.
